TREASURERS' MEET

District Treasurer Mrs.Rupa Mukherjee arranged a meeting on 11th July,'09. District Chairman and all the Club Treasurers of our District attended and role of Club Treasurer was explained by her.

District Treasurer Rupa announced the Capitation Fees for 2009-10.

• IIW Capitation:     Rs.300/-

• Association Dues:  Rs. 45/-

• Triennial Fees:      Rs. 10/-

• District Dues:        Rs. 95/-                                                              Total:                        Rs. 450/-                                                              

District Dues, Association Fees and IIW Capitation Fees should be sent to District Treasurer Rupa Mukherjee within 30th August,2009, by an 'A/C Payee' cheque in favour of "Inner Wheel District 329".  

Honorary members' and Honoured Active members' dues have to be paid by the Club concerned.

The Clubs can exercise their voting rights only if they have paid their dues before 31st December. All members joining before 31st December 2009, must pay full year dues. Only who are inducted on or after 1st January 2010 will be entitled to pay half yearly dues.
