Chandrika Banerjee District Treasurer 2010-11 |
TREASURERS' MEET District Treasurer Chandrika Banerjee convened a meeting on 12th June, 2010 at Calcutta Club. About 37 Club Treasurers attended this meet. District Treasurer Chandrika explained the roles & responsibilities of a club treasurer. District Chairman Snigdha Barat(2009-10), District Chairman Sumita Roy(2010-11) and Chandrika discussed on relevant topic. There was a question & answer session at the end of the programme. District Treasurer Chandrika Banerjee announced the Capitation Fees for 2010-11.
Total - Rs.450/- District Dues, Association Fees and IIW Capitation Fees should be sent to District Treasurer Chandrika Banerjee within 30th August, 2010, by an 'A/C Payee' cheque in favour of "Inner Wheel District 329" . Honorary Members' and Honoured Active Members' dues have to be paid by the club concerned. The clubs can exercise their voting rights only if they have paid their dues before 31st December,2010,must pay full year dues. Only who are inducted on or after 1st January, 2011 will be entitled to pay half yearly dues.
