TREASURERS' MEET District Treasurer Mrs.Saswati Dutta convened a meeting on 4th July,2011 at Golf Tower. District treasurer Saswati explained the role & responsibilities of a club treasurer. District Chairman Mrs.Arunima Gooptu and AC Member Mrs.Sumita Roy and Saswati discussed on relevant topic. There was a question & answer session at the end of the programme. District Treasurer Saswati Dutta announced the Capitation Fees for 2011-12.
Total - Rs.450/- (Per Inner Wheel Member)
District Dues, Association Fees should be sent to District Treasurer Mrs.Saswati Dutta within 16th August,2011, by cash or an 'A/C Payee' cheque in favour of "Inner Wheel District 329". Honorary Members' and Honoured Active Members' dues have to be paid by the club concerned. There will be early bird prizes for the first three clubs who will send the capitation fees to the District Treasurer. The clubs can exercise their voting rights only if they have paid their dues before 31st December,2011, must pay full year dues. Only who are inducted on or after 1st January,2012 will be entitled to pay half yearly dues. Kindly note that a copy of the 'Audited Report' of the club must be handed over to the District Chairman during her official club visit. |
